If the chat button isn’t showing on our website, it’s usually because cookies have been declined. Our chat feature only works when cookies are accepted. Follow these steps to fix the issue:

1. Clear cookies and cache If you previously declined cookies, clear your browser’s cookies and cache, then reload the page. You’ll then be able to accept cookies again. Alternatively, scroll to the bottom of the page, click on Cookie settings, and then select Accept all. You should now see the chat bubble appear in the bottom right corner of your screen.

2. Use a private/incognito window Open the website in a private or incognito window. This starts a fresh session, allowing you to accept cookies without changing your regular browser settings.

3. Refresh the page If you’ve already accepted cookies but still can’t see the chat button, refresh the page to ensure your preferences are applied correctly.
