air up® is running the "air up® Back2School Creative Competition", a skill-based creative prize competition.
Participants are invited to work together with their class, team or group to develop and submit a creative idea showing how to drink more water.
The Competition is a judged competition. Winners will be selected by an air up® judging panel based on the judging criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions. The outcome is not determined by random selection.
Three winning groups will be selected. Each winning group will receive air up® drinking bottles for its class or team (maximum quantity of 30), together with a 3-month supply of air up® Pods.
Entry to the Competition is free. No purchase is necessary.
By participating in this Competition, the participant agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
The Competition is open to:
If a child or young person enters, they must provide the email address of a parent or legal guardian as part of the entry process.

Employees of air up®, participating agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
We may ask participants to provide reasonable evidence of their age or eligibility to participate.
The Competition is intended to be entered by classes, teams and groups.
The person submitting an entry confirms that the relevant school, sports club, camp or other institution has been informed that the entry is being submitted and that, if the group wins, the institution is willing to enter into a short cooperation agreement with air up® where this is reasonably required to facilitate delivery and distribution of the prize.

The judging panel will assess each eligible entry against the following criteria:
The judging criteria require participants to exercise creativity, skill and judgement in developing and executing their entries. The judging process is intended to ensure that not all eligible entries are capable of winning and that winners are selected based on the quality of their creative work rather than chance.
If the judging panel considers two or more entries to be of equal merit, it may take the overall quality and originality of the entries into account when making its final selection.
The judges' decision is final, subject to participants' statutory rights.
Each of the three winning groups will receive:

If any element of the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond air up®'s reasonable control, air up® reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
The winning groups will be notified by email on 13 October 2026.
The prize will be delivered to the relevant school, club, camp or other institution and not to an individual teacher, coach or other individual, unless otherwise agreed with air up®.
air up® will cover the cost of delivery to the United Kingdom.
air up® may enter into a short cooperation agreement with the relevant school, club, camp or other institution where reasonably necessary to facilitate administration and distribution of the prize.
