If you refuse your air up® delivery at the door, the package will automatically be returned to our warehouse.

Once we receive it, we’ll process your return and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note: it can take up to 14 working days after the package arrives back at our warehouse for the refund to be completed. 💙
