If you purchased your air up® product in a store or on Amazon, the return process always goes through the place of purchase.

• Stores: air up® products are available at selected retail chains. You can return your product either to the same store where you bought it or to another branch of the same chain that sells air up®. Please ask the store about their return policy so you know exactly how it works.

• Amazon: if you ordered your product through Amazon, the return process is handled entirely by Amazon. You usually receive your invoice or confirmation by email. Please check Amazon’s return policy for details on how to send your product back.
