At air up® we make sure that we sell you a safe and high quality (food) product.

For this reason, our products are subject to strict guidelines. air up® products meet at least the requirements of Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 on food contact materials and Commission Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 on plastic food contact materials.

Production is carried out in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2023/2006 on good manufacturing practice for food contact materials. Our pods and the flavours they contain also comply at a minimum with Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002 on general food law, Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004 on food hygiene and Regulation (EC) No. 1334/2008 on flavours for use in and on foods.

Laboratory tests are carried out by a third party for all product variants. In addition, our suppliers have had their quality management systems certified and our pod and flavour suppliers have had their food safety management certified. This means, among other things, that they have an HACCP plan and an allergen control plan and act accordingly. Furthermore, air up® performs due diligence checks, inspections and audits on production sites and products.
