My order was returned to sender — what now?

If your order couldn’t be delivered and is heading back to our warehouse, don’t worry — once it arrives, you have two options: 💛

  1. Cancel and get a refund — After we receive the package, it can take up to 14 days to process. The refund will be issued automatically — no action needed if you choose this option.

  2. Have it resent — Still want your order? Contact us via our chatbot and say your order was returned to sender. Please double-check your delivery address for any errors or missing info — we want to be sure it reaches you the second time!
