These are your next steps to becoming part of the air up® family:
1. Submit your CV or resume
See a position you want? Get applying! No need for an old-fashioned business format or layout. As long as you answer the job-related questions in the application form and highlight your distinctive achievements, we’ll take care of the rest.
2. Virtual meet and greet
In this first round, we’ll get to know you a little better via a video call. This is your chance to tell us more about yourself whilst we give you insights into air up®, your desired job, and our company culture.
3. Assessment
Next is the assessment stage. You’ll complete an assessment that focuses specifically on the skills and experiences we’re looking for. This usually includes one 90-minute interview, alongside a business case to get an idea about your professional expertise and how you work. For some positions, a second session is needed to offer more perspective on the position.
4. Meet your stakeholders
Lastly, we’ll introduce you to your potential future colleagues and important stakeholders during our peer sessions. With most of the official part taken care of, your future teamies want to get to know more about you as a person.
5. Offer and onboarding
You’ve been chosen! We hope you’re as excited as we are. Your recruiter will get in contact to discuss our offer with you. You’ll also get more information about how the process works, including pre-onboarding details, your official onboarding day, and more. This is where it all begins...
