1. Shipping confirmation — As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email. It includes your tracking number and tells you which carrier is delivering your parcel.

2. Track your order — Click the link in your email or go to 👉 shop.air-up.com/tracking and enter your tracking number to see the latest status anytime.

3. Once it’s shipped — After your order is on its way, we don’t have extra info beyond what’s on the tracking page. But no stress — the carrier will also email you when your parcel enters their network.
