Digital Gift Card

1. How does the air up® gift card work? After purchase, you will receive the gift card in a separate email with a unique code. From the same email, you can also access a printable version. The gift card is valid online only on the store where it was purchased. To use it, simply enter the code at checkout and the amount will be deducted from your order total.

2. Does the gift card expire and is it refundable? Yes, the gift card can be used until the expiry date indicated in the email. After that date, the code will no longer be valid. The remaining balance is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, even if not fully used.

3. Can I use the gift card more than once? Yes. If you don’t use the full amount in one purchase, the remaining balance will stay available for future orders until the expiry date.
