My order hasn’t arrived — what now?

Still waiting on your air up® delivery? Don’t worry — here’s what to do. 💛

  1. Track your order — Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to see the latest updates. You can also check directly on the carrier’s website — sometimes entering your postal code there gives you extra details.

  2. Check all possible delivery spots — Your parcel might have been:

    • Delivered to a neighbour

    • Taken to a pickup point

    • Left in a safe place nearby

  3. Be patient just a little longer — Sometimes shipping takes a bit longer than expected. Please wait up to 5 working days beyond the estimated delivery date before contacting us.

  4. Still nothing? — If you haven’t signed a delivery release form with the carrier, please fill in our authorization form. Once we get it, we’ll follow up as soon as possible to help sort it out — so you can start enjoying your air up® experience! 💧
