My straw feels blocked—how do I fix that?

If it feels like your straw is clogged or you’re not getting enough water or bubbles, don’t worry — this is usually easy to fix. Your air up® straw has a small airflow hole that helps deliver the scented air into your mouth. If this hole is blocked, it can affect how smoothly you sip and reduce the flavour experience. 🛠️ Here’s what to do:

  1. Remove the straw from the mouthpiece.

  2. Use a toothpick or small skewer to gently clear the tiny airflow hole.

  3. Clean the straw thoroughly with a cleaning brush and warm water.

  4. Reinsert the straw fully — up to the marked line — to make sure it’s properly aligned.

And remember: always drink upright, not tilted, to keep everything flowing the way it should. With a quick clean and check, your straw should be back to normal — letting you enjoy that smooth, bubble-filled air up® experience again! 💧
