What happens if my payment fails?

Payment not going through? No worries 😊 If your payment fails, we’ll notify you by email so you’re always in the loop.

Our system will automatically retry the payment after 4 days, with up to 6 attempts in total. If all attempts are unsuccessful, your subscription will be set to inactive and your shipments will pause.

To get everything back on track, simply log in to your account and update your payment method. Once the new payment details are successfully processed, your subscription will be reactivated and your pods will continue as usual 🚚✨
