How do I cancel my subscription?
No worries! If you’re ready to cancel, just follow these simple steps:
Go to our website: Open the menu in the top left corner and select “Subscription,” then click “Manage your Subscription.” Or go directly via this link: Manage Subscription
Log in: Use the email you signed up with. You’ll receive a verification code by email—enter it to continue.
Cancel your subscription: Click on “Cancel Subscription.” You’ll first see the option to pause, but if you’re sure, click “Cancel Subscription” again to confirm.
⚠️ Important: We have a 1-month cancellation notice period. This means your subscription will officially end one month after you request to cancel. In the meantime, you can still enjoy your last shipment of pods!
