• Opened bottles can be returned

• Pods must be unopened to be eligible

• Return shipping costs are at your own expense

👉 To start your return, visit our Returns page. Enter your order number and the email address you used to place the order, then select the items you’d like to return.

You’ll get a shipping label and a packing slip by email. Print both — place the packing slip inside the parcel and attach the label to the outside.

Once your return is received and processed, your refund will be issued within 14 working days. Still waiting after that?
