What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment doesn’t go through, don’t worry—we’ll notify you via email. Our system will automatically try the payment again after four days, and we’ll make up to six attempts in total.

If the payment still doesn’t succeed after these tries, your subscription will be set to inactive and your shipments will stop.

To fix this, simply log in to your account and update your payment method. Once updated, your subscription will be reactivated (as long as the new payment method works), and your pods will be back on track!
