Free shipping for orders over $59.99 or pod only orders of 3+ packs. For others that don't qualify for free shipping, the cost is $7.99.

Standard shipments typically arrive within 4-8 business days within the mainland United States and 12-14 business days for Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

Shipping is calculated based on cart total after discounts excluding taxes.

Express service

Express shipping costs $34.99.

Express shipments arrive within 3 business days.

Shipping Policy:

Orders placed before 8 am PST are typically delivered within 3-8 business days. Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday, and orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day, typically the following Monday. Please allow up to one full business day for our fulfillment center to process your order once it has been placed. During exceptionally busy periods, order processing and shipping may experience slight delays.

Shipping Locations:

Standard Ground shipping is available for all domestic, PO Box, and APO/AE addresses. For APO/AE shipping addresses, transit times are typically 10-15 days depending on your location. For international orders, click here.

Delayed / Lost:

Once a parcel has been in the postal system for 7 business days without any tracking updates, it is considered lost. While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this time period has passed. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier.

Wrong or incomplete address:

air up® cannot be held responsible for the loss of your order due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout, nor can we be held liable for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please be aware that once you submit your order, order changes or updates cannot be made, including modifications to the products ordered, shipping or billing information, promotional adjustments, or cancellations.
