Get started in just a few steps:

1. Rinse all parts before first use with lukewarm water and mild soap.

2. Screw the adapter tightly onto the bottle body.

3. Push the straw into the mouthpiece until it reaches the stop line (tip facing down).

4. Press the mouthpiece with straw into the adapter until it clicks.

5. Place a flavour pod onto the mouthpiece with the sticker facing up.

6. Screw on the lid tightly to ensure it’s leak-proof.

7. Attach the strap to the adapter for convenient carrying.
