The Tea on Canceling Your Subscription

Step 1: Slide into our website Scroll alllll the way down to the bottom of the page. Spot the “Manage Your Subscription” button? Click it. Or skip the scroll and head straight here: Manage Subscription

Step 2: Log in like a boss Use the email you signed up with. We’ll send you a verification code (because, security). Check your inbox, pop in the code, and you’re in.

Step 3: Break up with us (we’ll cry a little) Hit “Cancel Subscription.” We’ll ask if you want to pause instead (we’re clingy like that), but if you’re sure, hit “Cancel Subscription” again. Boom. Done.

BTW, heads up! We’ve got a 1-month cancellation notice. Translation: Your subscription officially ends one month after you cancel. But hey, silver lining—you’ll still get your final shipment of pods to enjoy while we part ways.
