If you have purchased on the air up® website and would like to make a return, a refund can be issued within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not currently offer exchanges. To initiate a return, contact us here, and we'll guide you through the return process. Please allow 4 weeks to process a return from the day that your items are received back in our warehouse.**

For offline purchases, please check the return policy of the retailer where the item was purchased.

If an item(s) in your order arrived damaged, please refer to our Limited Warranty Policy.

**Returns for Starter Sets and Bundles must include all items within the unit (bottles, pods, and accessories) in unopened and unused condition. air up® is not responsible for return shipping costs.
